Our goal is to be sure we are hearing all that the homeowner wants and is concerned about, and to put those details into the contract, so there are no questions about what will and will not be included in the scope of the project. Ongoing communication is also necessary to ensure prompt handling of any changes or problems that may arise during the remodeling process. We will make every effort to give the homeowner exactly what they envisioned before the project starts. |

Cost
This is without a doubt the area of most concern to the majority of homeowners. With that said we recommend that you get a few quotes to see the range of prices for your particular project, and also to see which company you are compatible with. Just make sure you are comparing apples to apples because even the small things add up. You'll always be able to find someone cheaper and someone more expensive, we don't claim to be either, but we do claim to give you our best price the first time. |

Completion
Many Contractors drop the ball at this point of the project for various reasons, length of time at the job, most of the money is already collected or the lead carpenter starts another job before yours is finished. Cornerstone Remodeling Inc. promises not to leave you or your project unattended to start another project.
